The following potentially hazardous foods were measured at unsafe temepratures: -whole milk at coffee bar measured 48F-Coconut milk observed sitting at barrista station measured 53F and was not in use. Milk was returned to the refrigerator. Maintain potentially hazardous food below 41F or above 135F. Always return potentially hazardous food to the refrigerator when not in use.
