[CA] Potentially hazardous foods shall be kept at 41F or below or at 135F or above. Avoid temperatures in the danger zone (between 41F and 135F). At these temperatures bacteria grow and multiply faster and may get people sick.[COS] Employee adjusted the cold holding unit temperatures and transferred food items mentioned above in the reach-in unit.
